ENTREPRENEURS - THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON TO NOT LOOK FORWARD TO A MONDAY - DON’T LET OTHERS CHAIN YOUR BALLSWant to follow the herd/crowd and be like everyone else? Want security, safety and that retirement at 65? Well here is the blue print for that:step 1: Make sure to get great marks in high school and graduate age 18. Heck if you work really hard and are valedictorian you may get a medal to hang on your wall as well.step 2: Go get a university/college degree. This will take you between the age of 18 to 30, or even more depending on what you decide to do. At the end of it they give you a piece of paper you can slap on your wall and with a gold foil on it and you get a party where you can wear a big black gown and hat.step 3: Around age 30 you start making income that is in your mind secured and for the most part you are now off to work monday to friday from 9 am to 5 pm with sometimes having to stay late. You look forward to the weekend because thats the only time someone else doesn’t have your balls in a  chain. step 4: You climb that ladder and love when someone else lets you know you are going to make more money because they think you deserve it. You continue to do this from 30-65 for approximately 35 years.step 5: You are now retired and hopefully you were smart enough to save your money and you now also have a pension. You now start doing all the things you didn’t do for the first 65 years of your life.If the above sounds great to you then go ahead. For me the idea of someone having my balls in chains starting at 9 am every monday was not the life I wanted.Take risks, listen to your gut and build a lifestyle that others can only dream of. I decided to write this post after I looked at my calendar for this monday and I realized I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’ve learned to make my life a vacation just because I didn’t follow the crowd. Here is what a monday for an entrepreneur who has created freedom looks like:6 am - 7 am -> wake up, eat my organic breakfast and then drive to Gary Roberts High Performance Centre7 am - 8 am -> workout hard with Adrian my trainer at GRHPC. Gets my mind and body going for the rest of the day8 am - 9 am -> down my biosteel protein shake followed by stretching/shower/steam room and a beretta organic meal9 am - 10 am - drive to oakville and listen to some good tunes in my car10 am - 2 pm - golfing  18 holes with my brother-in-law in oakville / have my organic beretta lunch2 pm - 3 pm - afternoon ciesta (nap) time3 pm -4 pm - quick 30 min meeting downtown toronto and then maybe spend a quick 30 mins checking emails and seeing how much money I have made online today :-)4 pm - 5 pm - acupuncture/chiro treatment with karim to keep that body nice and healed 5 pm - 6 pm - drive to boulevard club and do a quick upper body warm up and get some more beretta organic food in me6 pm - 7 pm - dragon boat practice with boulevard blazers…nothing beats being on the water in the evening getting a workout7 pm - 9 pm - double check in on my businesses for about 15-20 mins then have dinner #2 on the lake breeze patio at boulevard with my team900 pm - 1000 pm - drive off to home, do some stretching, get my supplements into my body and off to bed.I looked at this and said to myself……none of this would happen if I worked for someone else.
